Vinification : Fermatation of selected 100% Tinta del Pais grapes in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
After fermentation it is placed in American oak casks for 5 months followed by 3 months in the bottle before it is put on the market.

Sight:
Dark cherry - red with violet hues.
Nose:
Subtle aromas of forest fruits, characteristic of Tinta del país Grapes, on a light bakdrop of hints of vanilla from wood ageing.
Mouth:
Full of fruity aromas in the mouth, with a smooth, honest passage. Well balanced.
Serving temperature: 12º C - 15º C
